Kelly Chadburn - Co-Founder & Operations Lead
Kelly brings over 20 years of administrative and management experience across sectors including engineering, architecture, insurance, and energy—both in the UK and Australia. For the past six years, she has managed day-to-day operations at Ephraim Island, overseeing front desk services, financials, resident support, and committee liaison. Kelly is known for her ability to streamline systems, manage high volumes of communication, and maintain a calm, professional presence in complex residential environments.
Scott Chadburn - Co-Founder & Facilities Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in hospitality, residential care, and security, Scott offers a hands-on approach to property management and building operations. His role at Ephraim Island has seen him manage maintenance coordination, contractor supervision, and on-the-ground security for one of the Gold Coast’s largest waterfront communities. Scott’s attention to detail and practical mindset ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
