What do Kescot Management offer?
Please see below for some of the recent projects Kescot Management have been involved in.
Ephraim Island is a luxury complex located just off Paradise Point on the Gold Coast, Kescot Management have been working alongside the Management Rights owners for 2 years as on-site managers. Using this experience along with Scott's years as the Security Supervisor for the site, Kescot Management designed, compiled and delivered a site specific induction for new Security personnel.
This induction was designed to deliver information that can not be gained from holding a Security Licence alone. Sections of the induction include:
We compiled existing information in an easy to read and refer back to format.
If you would be interested in the same service for your site please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Kelly has many years of information management experience and has put that to good use at Ephraim Island. Using pre-existing information alongside an island "census" Kelly has compiled an excel database that assists with the day to day management of a large residential complex. Information available at a glance includes:
This database is updated using "New Resident Information" forms that are distributed to the Body Corporate Managers and all local real estate agents as well as being distributed by Security on site. The database can be filtered to many different levels. If this is something you think your business could benefit from please contact us today to see how we can help.
Using the information collated in the database Kelly set up an SMS alert system using third party software, this software can be used from a PC or a smartphone/ tablet, meaning if there is an emergency you need to communicate to residents it can be done at any time.
This software is inexpensive and is using the lists imported and maintained by Kelly. An SMS can be sent to an individual, a floor or lift core in a building, a whole building or the whole island, it is totally flexible.
Due to constant database management there is currently a less than 2.5% bounce back on messages.
SMS's are sent to alert residents to things such as lift outages, noisy works, water outages, routine maintenance etc
